This fan looks fantastic! My husband installed it - a few issues with getting the light level, so that the blades did not rub the light - but nothing he couldn't handle. My review is more based off of customer service but I have no doubt I will be satisfied with this product. When I purchased it it had went to my old address so I called wayfair and they immediately sent me a replacement which I received next day . Then I hooked everything up and installed the fixture and the fan worked but the lights did not. I had a friend test the wires and the wires coming from the ballast were not getting power for the lights so I called wayfair today and they are sending me a replacement ballast.
