Parkhill ceiling fan is a remote-controlled unit with a 70” span. It has 5 blades positioned at the 12-degree pitch, creating strong air movement, and is perfect for large indoor spaces. Not suitable for use outdoors. The remote control is included and has 3-speed options. The metal body and all metal elements of this fan are in oil-rubbed bronze and are complemented with walnut-finished blades. The hanging rod is 24” long and is not adjustable. The light kit is not included but can be added if purchased separately.

Installed an all I can say is wow! I love it. The blades on this are beautiful and very light weight. The instructions seen very straight forward and easy for one person to work install.
