The ceiling fan arrived promptly and in good condition. The fan is very nice looking and feels well made. Assembly was fair because the pictures could use more detail. For a novice ceiling fan assembler I needed more instructions. The reason I gave it four stars is because the space for the remote box was small and difficult.
