Decent fan for the price. Instructions were very basic without a great deal of detail. Had to do some research on the web to clarify wiring questions. But, all in all, assembly was not difficult and the fan seems to be quiet and has several speed andlighting modes. Remote is useful. Tips: 1. If your outlet has red, black, and white wires, only the black and white are connected to fan; cap the red with a wire nut. 2. Green and yellow wire on bracket connects to ground. 3. You may need to replace two existing screws on motor with longer screws in order to secure the ceiling cover. 4. A flat screw driver set is very helpful in securing those two screws because the space between the cover and motor housing is tight. 5. Some bolt holes were too small for the bolts supplied. We have a "Florida basement" storage room in our modern organic coastal home that needed a light. This was perfect, nice (not cheap) quality and a little fun. When lit, the warm brown weave creates a neat little pattern across the ceiling. As some have mentioned, you will need to be directly under the fan to feel it but it does move air surprisingly well. Recently installed this beautiful fan and I couldnt be happier. The design is stunning and the wood blades give it a high end feel. The overall modern look makes it a true statement piece. Functionality is as impressive as esthetics. The fan is incredibly quiet and you barely notice its running. Provides a strong breeze even on the lowest setting. Integrated lighting works as expected. This fan is a multifunctional, quiet, powerful, and energy-efficient small to medium-sized fan. It is driven by a DC motor, which is very quiet in any working setting; it is equipped with a high-quality light source with three color temperature settings. In the production process, we strictly require that the quality of each accessory is qualified and high quality. When you unpack it, you will be amazed by the quality of the fan.

The fan is very sleek and could not be quieter. Just excellent. Two small things though. The specifications on Wayfair say it has "brushed bronze" blades. It does not. Thay are white, just like the body of the fan. In truth, I was thrilled, because it was pictured all white - and that's what I thought when I ordered. The second comment is that the installation guide is poor. It has a full step - with diagram - about removing six identical screws, but there's only one line about connecting the controller and all other electrical connections, with a vague picture. I'm pretty handy, but it took me some figuring. As I said though, the fan itself is awesome, so maybe the seller can correct the description and send more detailed install guide to purchasers. This fan looks fantastic! My husband installed it - a few issues with getting the light level, so that the blades did not rub the light - but nothing he couldn't handle.
