This fan was simple to put together and looks fantastic once installed. One thing to note for those replacing old fans, is that this fan does not use the old gyro hinge and hanging socket. There was also no way to directly hardwire the fan, to a light switch, like our old fan. The fan's blade also appear to be pretty light, and at first a bit flimsy.
