I loved that I received the item within 24 hours. Unfortunately, upon receipt of the item, the bottom of the box was opened. Also the mattress is not cut true to size. My experience with Wayfair was wonderful. This mattress is exactly as described and pictured. The instructions said to let it sit for 48 hours so it can expand which we're doing at the moment. It really feels like it's going to be exactly what I needed. I definitely will be ordering from Wayfair again... I trust them and their products. This mattress is used when we have guest as well. My mom slept on it and she gave her stamp of approval. Believe me when I say that my Mom would let me know if she didn't like it. My dad has also slept on it a few times and he also likes it but would of liked a more firmer mattresses (he is strange). Overall it is a very good mattress. I am a side sleeper and it gives me ample support/firmness while still being comfortable from the cushioning on top. I also like how any liquids spilled on it dry out quite quickly.
