Very nice if you want a shiny metal blade. It does weigh a ton. I was surprised how heavy it is. Note that it has a 16” down rod but there aren’t any extra rods and you aren’t able to add any to it, even though I ask that question before buying and the emailed response was deceiving because they just stated that Wayfair sells extra extension. We purchased the gold and black a couple of years ago and construction on our condo is finally well underway inside for finish work. I have waited a long time to see it hung. We currently don’t have electrical power yet as they are installing other electrical this coming week to complete everything for electrical inspections. I absolutely love the clean look of this fan without a light kit. I personally think a light kit takes away from the clean lines of this particular fan.
