After a complete installation the fan does not work. The communication method used to address this is utterly ridiculous. Bought this ceiling fan for my parents to replace an older ceiling fan that provided very little light. I primarily wanted to solve the lighting issue in a room that had dim areas that needed more light but still wanted a fan to move air. Their room only had one ceiling junction box to mount anything to so this seemed like a good solution to address both functions.
