I looked at a lot of fans but this one had really good reviews and was just what I was looking for. The shipping was fast and it was packaged really well. It even had an extra bulb but no batteries for the remote. Easy to install. It's super quiet and gives off a lot of air for the size. I absolutely LOVE this fan! It’s a lovely addition to my office. Just what it needed. It’s got a comfortable and casual style with an organic, coastal feel. There’s an ugly, big, brown fan in my office now. It is so heavy in that room it makes the ceiling look low. The ceilings are nice and high and I want to highlight that with something that draws the eye up, that provides additional light in the room. The semi sheer strings of wooden beads are gorgeous. I read on another review that said the beads were ‘pearl not wood’. That’s not the case with my beautiful fan. The natural wood color keeps it organic and feminine, with the coastal vibe that runs throughout my home. Not anchors and lighthouses kind of coastal, but thru color and fabric and feel. Some beautiful abstract coastal artwork on the walls along with a few pops of midmod furniture in the light, bright coastal colors and wood tones. My wood tones are more of the driftwood color with the gray undertones. What I had when I moved in are these wood-look, dark brown, plank tile with dark brown grout. It’s uneven in a few places, has several chips and absolutely sucks the light out of rooms. So I’m going to install LVP flooring in a natural color and beautiful style and finish. I was pleasantly surprised at the size of this light fixture! Again, other reviews said it was smaller than they expected. I had the opposite experience. Because of the very few reviews, that said it was small and in a few kids rooms, I was hesitant. When it was delivered, I do my count of all of the pieces, parts and tools are there. to be sure all of the parts and pieces are there. I was surprised at the beautiful fuller size! My review is more based off of customer service but I have no doubt I will be satisfied with this product. When I purchased it it had went to my old address so I called wayfair and they immediately sent me a replacement which I received next day . Then I hooked everything up and installed the fixture and the fan worked but the lights did not. I had a friend test the wires and the wires coming from the ballast were not getting power for the lights so I called wayfair today and they are sending me a replacement ballast.
