I have several Minka Aire fans which perform wonderfully and has been a brand I trust. I ordered 2 of these fans for the patio. I did have some issue but Wayfair is doing what is needed to make it right. One of the fans was missing the arms that hold the blades. I also had issue with the light flickering. Because I was able to get fixed and really the fan itself is amazing. Ultra quiet. Bright light, slightly whiter than 3000k color temperature and brighter than a 60W LED replacement l light. It comes with a small rod (6") but comes with cables for 12, 24 and an additional 24 if needed. My only surprise was the blades are somewhat shiny that they reflect the green color of the lawn a tad.
