I would give these fans a 5 if not for the one thing that I’m fairly disappointed in. I bought one, loved it so much I bought a second fan and that’s where I’m having my difficulties. I’ll explain, I use Apple HomeKit in house I have about 30 devices all controlled with Siri. My first fan was easy to install has a great fit and finish, looks great works great with Siri with no complaints. So I ordered a second fan, went together fantastically also looks great, but integrating it into my Smart Home not so good. It will not let me add the second fan, it actually says your fan is already installed which it’s not. After Googling the issue it’s a know problem. I just wasn’t aware of this issue until after I purchased and installed the second fan. So I’m relegated to only using the remote control for that 2nd fan. Out the box I love it. I am having my handyman come and install these and will take a picture once it's installed but everything is very well packaged and it didn't arrive damaged. This ceiling fan was packaged well and easy to install. It moves the air very well, even on low, and ran level immediately. There are good options for light color and brightness. Beautiful fan..however very difficult to put together as the pictures reflect, it came in multiple pieces with many screw wires. This is not a job for a novice. I definitely recommend hiring a professional not only to mount electrical wire it but to put all the pieces together. Unfortunately I wasnt able to put it together to show a completed picture. Love this fan! We needed something to suit our living room with a 24 ft high ceiling, and this fan is absolutely perfect. We had to erect scaffolding for the fan to be installed, but it was worth the effort. The circulation of cool air is amazing with the 6 speed remote control and 10 blades. The light is also a bonus and makes a huge difference as our old fan had only 4 blades and no light. Easy to assemble, the hardest part was taking down the old one!!
