I received this large crystal fan ceiling light. Great instructions in the manual. Not all the parts were there. The 80 double hanging crystals are missing. I called customer support service. Told them of my problem with my order. The representative researched the issue with the order and put in a request for the crystals to be shipped to complete the order. Each double crystal is to hang from the top of the cage to attach to the bottom of the cage tightly. It is beautiful in the picture and I can’t wait to see it completed once the rest of the products arrive. The ceiling fan was packaged well for shipping, just parts missing. Craftsmanship is superb. Design is very elegant in appearance. Added pictures of the completed lightfan The missing pieces arrived within one week and the pieces are installed.
