The bed itself is very functional. Unfortunately either in the shipping or handling the box was either cut or damaged causing the piece that is the footboard to become damaged. It’s hardly noticeable and the trouble to return. It wouldn’t be worth it therefore, we decided to keep it and cover up the damage with bedding. Overall the product looks good but there are dents on the head board which was very unexpected considering the price of the product. After the assembly, the height of the headboard is 72 inches as indicated, however, the length of the bed was 3 inches shorter and the width of the bed was 4 inches shorter than the dimension that is mentioned in the product specification for king size bed..
