The bed itself is beautiful and it came out looking really nice. The delivery has much to be worked on. The boxes were extremely heavy and were left on the first level of my apartment complex. there was no options at checkout to have it delivered to Room of Choice. Then I scheduled Wayfair assembly and they went to the wrong house and left thinking I wasn't home. I had to call customer service to beg them to come back. The man who assembled it was nice and he did a good job with assembly. Bed came a day later than expected. A lot if pieces, while the instructions were fairly easy, it took over 3 hours to put together. This Queen size bed headboard has three height sizes and storage! Assembly was about 4-5 hours, however another person was needed to add the hydraulic platform. Every part assembled was sturdy and seemed to be well made. I was expecting, maybe some sort of “board” to be at the bottom of the storage area instead of just a piece of material. However, it will definitely work as a dust guard. The framing fabric is soft and tightly woven (I didn’t see any loose thread). The hydraulic lift is controlled with a strap, and also has a locking strap to prevent uncontrolled pop-ups and the slats have attachment connectors to stay positioned.
