I really like the bed frame. I specifically wanted a metal bed frame that would accommodate a mattress and box springs. Most metal bed frames are platform these days so the selection is rather sparse if you want to use a mattress and box springs. I just finished assembling it and it appears to be very sturdy for a metal frame. Assembly was very easy. Instructions were well written and all parts were included. The bed frame was packaged well and arrived with no damage. There were no defects in the frame. My only disappointment is in the color of the frame. The color was listed as bronze in the description but it is so very dark it looks more black than bronze. I decided to keep it as it would be such a hassle to return. This is the best idea ever, I love it! I was not thrilled about a dark color so I took fabric and glue gunned it all around the wood pieces after I assembled most of it, their was enough room to do this and it worked great. I’m in love with the frame! I’ve had it a couple of months now and it’s holding well! It does come with wooden slats, to which I had to cover with a blanket because I was using an air mattress until my actual mattress came in and didn’t want to take any chances of it popping. I did have a different frame from Wayfair (the canopy frame which also held up wonderfully) but I’ve been eyeing this one (even before the canopy) and once I moved it was the perfect opportunity to snag it!
