I’m in love with the frame! I’ve had it a couple of months now and it’s holding well! It does come with wooden slats, to which I had to cover with a blanket because I was using an air mattress until my actual mattress came in and didn’t want to take any chances of it popping. I did have a different frame from Wayfair (the canopy frame which also held up wonderfully) but I’ve been eyeing this one (even before the canopy) and once I moved it was the perfect opportunity to snag it! I am extremely happy with this bed frame! It arrived well-packaged and all of the parts were clearly labeled, which made assembly much easier than I expected. While it did take some time to put together, the instructions were straightforward and everything fit together properly. The storage drawers are one of my favorite features. They slide smoothly and provide a surprising amount of extra storage space for blankets, sheets, seasonal clothing, and other items that would normally clutter up a bedroom. The built-in headboard shelving is also incredibly convenient for keeping everyday essentials within reach. The LED lighting adds a nice modern touch and creates a cozy atmosphere in the room, especially in the evenings. Love this bed frame in a king! Purchased the brown/bronze and it’s lovely. Very solid. I was worried with it being metal it would squeak, but nope. I did place a box spring under the mattress originally, but had to remove due to the height. It is the perfect height without the box spring. My mattress is 12inches thick. Great price as well.
