The bed frame is very sturdy once assembled and looks great in the room. The woven design feels substantial and the finished frame is solid with no noticeable wobbling. The main downside is the assembly. It was much more difficult and time-consuming than expected, and some of the instructions were inaccurate, which made the process unnecessarily confusing. The headboard quality is very good and I love the look. The problem is that neither the slats or screw holes align with my standard king sized bed frame. It is also slightly wider than the bed. My mattress and frame is heavy enough to keep it in place without attaching it. If yours is not, or if it matters to you that it’s not attached, than this will be a problem for you. We really like this bed, and that was based primarily on the island/tropical design/vibe and the great color choices (we went with Kiwi green...vibrant!) The bed appears to be well-made, but it is a bit pricey for its lightweight and simple construction and detailing. It also took a few weeks to receive the bed, but that seems to be typical with larger furniture items.
