It took me three and a half hour to build, granted I was building it alone as a solo female. There was a period where the screws would not screw in to assemble both parts together, it was so frustrating and because of that I was stuck in the same step for over an hour. It must’ve been the manufacturers problem since I was reading the instructions correctly and the screws just won’t go in. Very nice king size bed frame, but it has SO MANY PIECES.. it took us 4 hours to put this together. The drawers underneath are flimsy wire racks that have tiny plastic wheels underneath. Absolutely beautiful in person. Very easy to build, took me about an hour before work. Used in my son’s room. The blue is a wonderful shade suitable for boys and girls. It’s also pretty sturdy once built, especially for the price point. I lay down on it frequently with my son and it handles the weight.
