I love this bed and everything about it. I have yet to use the under the bed storage by. It is a really nice bed with a wide and short head frame to where I can put more decor around or above. The only thing I did not care for was the assembly of the base frame. I started to put it together and then had to take it apart because of the numbers now it could’ve been user error on my end or the way they printed the pictures in the book, but it was not as easy as I assumed it might be and definitely took me a full day to get it done. This bed frame worked perfectly for our specific needs. We got 2 other bed frames before this one and they both didn’t work out. One was too big for our room even though the bed frame fit and looked good. Another was too small that our tempurpedic adjustable base did not fit inside of it. This one is simple and fit perfectl. It was a bit time consuming to make this bed, at some parts the instructions were a little unclear. Regardless we got it together (hardware set was missing 1 washer), and it fit our son's mattress well. I like the built in shelving and holes for charging. Unfortunately the led light strip provided didn't work, but its ok since our son didnt need it. I like putting his favorite books and toys on the shelves, and I can plug in one of his night lights into the port which makes up for the light bar not working.
