This is a very nice bed once assembled. "Easy Assembly" is up for interpretation. We managed to get it all put together, but one of the linking systems in the back of the bed was slightly off. Needed to recruit the building Super, handyman and one mallet to whack it into place. I wasn't strong enough to do it myself. This would’ve been 5 stars but I deducted a star because many of the pieces were missing their labels and part of the headboard didn’t come with the metal inlays that the other side had so we had to use wood glue to put it together on that one spot. Although that was annoying, the bed itself is really lovely and sturdy. I love how close it is to the floor and we have a pretty small bedroom but it looks great in the space. The quality and sturdiness of this bed is very good. The assembly process was somewhat difficult. The instructions are clear, but it definitely takes two people.
