The heavy arched crown of the headboard flows into faceted turned posts for a classic look and compliments the scooped center shaping of the footboard. Welcome some classic style into your bedroom with this low-profile sleigh bed. It's made of solid alder wood in a cognac finish that shows off the wood's natural grain. This bed features a gently curved headboard and footboard. Plus, molded details and turned block feet add traditional touches. We love how the neutral hue and design of this bed works with any color bedding you'd like to add. And it's compatible with an adjustable bed so you can customize the comfort level. You'll need to add a box spring and mattress of your choice (sold separately), but a slat kit is included.

This is a gorgeous, high quality piece of furniture. Overall, I am very satisfied. However, there are 2 sets of holes in the headboard where the side rails attach. Since we had to use the innermost set of holes, the outermost set of holes show, past the side rails, which looks a bit tacky. Luckily, they are not really noticeable from a distance, and bedding will help hide the extra holes.. Wendy. White Bear Lake, MN. Tue Jun 03 2025

Abode was designed as a natural evolution. For several years, casual furniture styles have sought to manufacture authenticity through finishes and treatments that disguise inferior materials to look as though they were naturally aged. Abode is different. It finds authenticity authentically with carefully selected and crafted solid Alder. This approach is as simple and beautiful as the furniture it produces. We think natural wood materials that speak to the authentic and genuine nature of solid wood furniture are becoming even more important as spaces trend toward a cleaner aesthetic and home owners seek that which is real and lasting. Abode is a whole home collection that meets this moment and perfectly leverages solid wood construction.
