Horrible! This shed is junk!!! I spent 3 hours just peeling the protective plastic wrap off the metal pieces! The metal pieces are so sharp I cut my finger badly! Unfortunately my purchase with Wayfair didn’t go so well. I went onto your website and found a RESIN storage shed that I’ve been wanting. So I purchased the shed and waited 10 days and it arrived at my house. I opened the package and started to get the parts ready for the installation. That’s where I realized the issue ….. Wayfair sent me a METAL shed and not a RESIN shed. Now I had to repackage this 150 pound pile of tin back into the cardboard box..not an easy task trying to put 100 pieces back so they all fit inside this box. I did my best and somehow got everything repackaged then had it returned.. Now it’s been 4 days and I’m still waiting to hear that the replacement has been shipped.. Great project to build if you’re handy. All the wood was in good shape. I suppose 2x4s could have been a bit better. Wish the floor was pressure treated and a bit more supported by some extra joists. Roofing paper was insufficient as well. Came with 2 sheets of tar paper so there was a seem that leaked. Had to patch it already. I need to complain first. The shed was supposed to be here april 12-15th instead it was on its way in February....that didn't work out so they postponed it until March 12th. Then there was a delivery issue, were they wanted me to pick it up (with a flat bed in ohio) OR rent a high-low to get it off there truck...!? Wait that's not what the add said!! Finally it came and got off the truck. The shed itself is easy to put together the trusses were a bit daunting and I would have to say the hardest part was figuring out the roof sheeting sizes. After that it was a snap, I even put in electrical and outside lighting in the soffit. I also used the box it came in to make a (FREE WORK BENCH) as well as rafters for extra storage...I used every bit of what they sent me and this is what I ended up with. My 10’x12’ she’s kit arrived as a 6’x 6’x6’ package. I had previously poured a concrete slab and placed a 4” high conc. block base. There were good written instructions provided along with a DVD movie and photos. It went together without a problem. Mine even has a tree growing through it! Although we paid 7,000, it took another 3,500 to complete the finished shed because of that. Plus we insulated and installed sheetrock inside. Pretty easy to follow instructions and materials were well documented and tagged. Lots of room inside. We reconfigured windows and one door easily.
