Here is my review of the Patiowell 8x8 Resin Storage Shed. First, Wayfair made the entire purchasing process seamless. Their website was easy to navigate, customer service was professional, and the FedEx deliveries (which arrived in two separate shipments) were handled quickly and efficiently. The shed arrived in five large boxes, and the FedEx delivery driver handled everything with care by placing the boxes neatly in the driveway. I was impressed with the thoughtful packaging. The components were securely protected with layers of Styrofoam, cardboard, and plastic straps to prevent damage during shipping. The shed itself feels sturdy, durable, and solid. Once all of the parts were organized, the instructions became easy to follow during construction. This project definitely requires two people, as many sections need to be assembled on the ground and then lifted into place. Once the base floor is completed, the rest of the build flows together step-by-step, including the walls, frame, roof, and doors. For tools and preparation, I highly recommend having a cordless drill, painter’s tape, extra bolts, and caulking for sealing the seams. Overall, assembling the shed was challenging and took about six hours to complete. Patience, organization, and a few extra supplies are essential for a smooth installation. In the end, I am extremely happy with both the quality of the shed and my overall experience with Wayfair.. Eddie. South San Francisco, California. Sun May 17 2026

This shed fit the size I needed. Overall it’s a good product but the pictorial instructions were a bit hard to discern in a few parts. Some of the pictures were a tad small and a few portions had part numbers reversed from what was on the part.. Gary. PA. Sun Jul 19 2026

The wall columns are reinforced with a solid metal structure, giving the vinyl shed a lot of strength and making it easy to hang shelves or garden tools inside. The DuraMate vinyl shed is wind-tested up to 115 mph and it can support up to 900 pounds of snow on the roof! The foundation kit provides a galvanized metal foundation. It eases the installation process, ensures a square shed, and elevates your floor off the ground. With the foundation kit, you'll be able to build your shed the day you receive it.

I ordered two of these myself and a friend of mine installed them on a wooden platform that we built. We tied them down to the ground with under pinning and they have survived already two major hurricanes with 80 and 100 mile per hour winds. These are nice and roomy on the inside. They blend in great with the backdrop of the woods around my house with the light top color and without having any electricity nearby, the skylight that runs down the middle provides ample light on the inside.. Keep your yard tidy with this sturdy and spacious resin storage shed, perfect for large lawn care essentials and power equipment. Built with double-walled high-density polyethylene panels and a reinforced steel frame, it offers 50% stronger roof strength, handling heavy snow and harsh weather with ease.

Not a bad shed little hard to put together getting some of the pieces together wasn’t easy. A 8x8 base is just about the right size with a little room side to side but not front to back. Floor holds a good amount of weight without any worry of crushing the panels.. Anonymous. US. Mon Aug 11 2025

It can be used to store tools, provide a comfortable resting place for pets, or serve as a trash storage area, meeting the diverse needs of users.

With two people, the assembly was doable! It did take us longer than anticipated (6+ hours while taking our time). The instructions are a very detailed, which is key honestly. I do wish that more of the finer details were magnified in the instructions. Every piece is light enough for one person lifting. The tools (except for a drill of course, so I recommend having one) are provided, and every piece is clear labeled (screws as well). My only complaint is about the flooring. When using a ladder or wearing hard bottom shoes, some parts began to crack slightly. It's not that big of a deal though adding a mat, foam padding, or wood will do the trick. Every piece was included and measured precisely. Happy building!. Keyron. Brooklyn, NY. Wed Jun 03 2026

Still working on assembly because ground had to be leveled. The nice thing about this shed is that you put it together 1 box at a time. It gives you a good way to do a little bit at a time over time. Easy instructions but definitely need 2 people. The panels have a wood grain look which is nice and takes away from the plastic look.. Nicole. Urbana, IL. Tue Jul 14 2026

This shed is awesome!! Great size. I can comfortably stand inside without ducking. It’s sturdy and has stayed dry through several big rains already. I was able to assemble myself in a day without a second person and it was straightforward. The windows mean I don’t need a light to find something inside during the daytime. The vents prevent the shed from overheating or trapping moisture like gables on a house. The doors are well thought out and easy to open and close or lock. The snap together floor has worked great on my paver pad. I would definitely recommend this shed.. Brigitte. Atlanta, GA. Tue Sep 29 2026

Horrible! This shed is junk!!! I spent 3 hours just peeling the protective plastic wrap off the metal pieces! The metal pieces are so sharp I cut my finger badly! There are hundreds of pieces and it took 10 hours to build! Why are you selling this kind of junk??? It’s cost over $400 and it’s not worth $20! I want a price adjustment!. Nancy. Sonoma, CA. We shopped around and compared, but found Wayfair the best for the Patiowell 8 x 8 resin shed. Ordering was a little confusing. Had to get in the chat. The description/photos were mismatched with the 8 x 6 shed. The chat agent assured me that I was ordering the right one even though the sheds were flipped. The delivery driver had a little difficulty because some of the boxes were heavy, even asking if someone in the house could help him. He did get all 6 boxes without any issues, but the Florida heat wasn't pleasant for him and his delivery. We are very excited to put the shed together and enjoy the extra storage.. Debra. Yes! Get it , you won’t regret It. Im working on clearing space in my husband’s garage and so that means my stuff has got to go. I got this shed for that purpose and I just love the quality. Love that it has the two windows , vents for air to escape and both doors lock.. Juana. Tracy, CA. Thu Oct 01 2026
