When I first opened the box and pulled out the pieces to begin building the shed I was concerned because the metal was so thin and fragile seeming. As we were building it, I realized that it is well designed. All those thin pieces of metal connect together and support each other to make a very sturdy little shed. We really like this shed now that it’s finally put together! It’s spacious, looks great, and gives us plenty of room for storage. That being said, assembly is definitely a project. I would plan on at least two days to get it completely put together. Some parts of the instructions were easy to follow, while others left us scratching our heads a bit. We’re very happy with the finished product and glad we purchased it—but would we ever volunteer to put another one together Absolutely not! The shed is really nice and big. I took the guy three days to put it together, but he also didn’t spend the entire day on it. It has sliding doors and you’re able to put a lock on it. Made the mistake of not finishing in one day a windy day blew it down. Material is very thin bends easily. Don't leave unattended. After finishing everything was fine. Anchoring is very important. This is a nice looking shed. It is sturdy and fits quite a lot of items. It is not too tall and has good width dimensions. The assembly was pretty straightforward except that about one half of the pieces for assembly had a plastic film on them that had to be removed which was a little cumbersome. Here is my review of the Patiowell 8x8 Resin Storage Shed. First, Wayfair made the entire purchasing process seamless. Their website was easy to navigate, customer service was professional, and the FedEx deliveries (which arrived in two separate shipments) were handled quickly and efficiently. The shed arrived in five large boxes, and the FedEx delivery driver handled everything with care by placing the boxes neatly in the driveway. I was impressed with the thoughtful packaging. The components were securely protected with layers of Styrofoam, cardboard, and plastic straps to prevent damage during shipping. The shed itself feels sturdy, durable, and solid. Once all of the parts were organized, the instructions became easy to follow during construction. This project definitely requires two people, as many sections need to be assembled on the ground and then lifted into place. Once the base floor is completed, the rest of the build flows together step-by-step, including the walls, frame, roof, and doors. For tools and preparation, I highly recommend having a cordless drill, painter’s tape, extra bolts, and caulking for sealing the seams. Overall, assembling the shed was challenging and took about six hours to complete. Patience, organization, and a few extra supplies are essential for a smooth installation. It's certainly lighter weight, smaller than I imagined. Maybe I chose the wrong one. The metal is thin. It has a floor FRAME, but bare bottom. I'm putting mine on concrete for garden tools, and storage so I attached a sub floor wood panel, cut to size, attached to the floor frame, with bearing 360 wheels just in case I need to move it for any reason. It Arrived with damage to all panels, in the exact same panel area.UPDATE....ALMOST ALL OTHER PARTS WERE SCRAPED, SCRATCHED. I IMAGINE THIS WAS DUE TO THE RAW EDGED WOOD PIECES USED FOR SHIPPING/PACKAGING!! Who does this??? Area around holes for screws were scratched up. As if it had been assembled before. Adorable addition to my garden. Thankfully it was assembled on Mother’s Day so my husband could only do minimal complaining about the setup. This is a tin shed. You get what you pay for and it has exceeded my expectations. Overall took me 2 hours to build and I recommend a second set of hands for the first few wall panels. Instructions were better than other outfits that sell these sheds (clear with some words). Some holes didnt align but drilled through fine. Overall 90 was perfect during install. Likely 10 was my mistakes. There is no floor included in this shed. Even if you have a solid concrete slab I recommend putting on plywood as there are holes to secure it to. This makes it more water tight. With mine l build a platform out of 2x4 to keep it from sitting directly where water can puddle. Inside storage is good, fits my shovelsrakes weed eater (at an angle) and I found some shelves that fit the width length for great storage. If I had more room I would upgrade to a larger size of this same shed! Also it is worth mentioning this is not air tight. the ceiling does have gaps making it breathable but large enough for small critters to get into. Just saying in case you don’t want unwanted guest..
