We regretted this purchase from put-together day #1! It ended up taking 75 hours to put it together. We had to make several make shift changes because of some pieces that were not provided. The directions have NO WORDS and the tiniest non-descriptive pictures in the world. This is not water proof, but we used spray foam insulation and caulking to seal it up. In any severe heat or hold, it is apparent the windows and top clear roof panels would crack and dry rot. Time will tell! Will have to seal the metal around the bottom where it attaches to the 10x10 wood deck ( I had built for it as it does not come with it's own base), as the screws are rusting. I hired 2 people to construct it as the company did suggest that it is a 2 person job. I think you get what you pay for here. Is a cheaper shed for it's size. Had done difficulties assembling (mostly because I was by myself). But also had some homes that would just not line up easily and some of the sections between corrugations are bowed/buckled. Still, the finished product is pretty sturdy. Wish there was a provision for installing a shelf in there, but I got the things I wanted to, so it's all good. Assembly instructions for the for I felt were a bit lacking and there were some places where I felt a nut was necessary even thought it wasn't called out in the instructions. Elezar. CA.
