For the cost, it's 4 stars. It has not made its way outside yet, so that could change. The pieces appeared damaged, and my husband struggled to assemble between that and the instruction booklet - took him probably 4 hours total and he was not happy LOL. But once built, it actually looks nice and I'm excited to use it! The outward facing panels are coated in a protective plastic that I would have assumed needed to be peeled off but my husband insisted that was not reflected in the instructions and so he left it on "to help keep the color from fading". The shed is fine (although note it will take you 8+ hours to pull all the plastic wrapping off the pieces when you get it!!!). However, we had a bunch of issues with the installers. Wayfair contracted the assembly out to Angi and when they sent the first “professional”, he tried doing it by himself and completely damaged the shed. When I called Wayfair, they sent replacement parts and the parts never showed up (they shipped them to the wrong address). Wayfair then sent a replacement shed, but I had to take down the old one (as they said they don’t do demo work). Angi finally sent two new techs to perform the install of the new shed and it went better. However, from when I ordered the shed to when the second one got installed, it was over a month.. Nicholas. I started assembling it but found that a few screws were missing. Aside from that, the quality of the materials is excellent. I also love that the color is more of a grayish-brown rather than the reddish hue it appeared to have online. The size is perfect for keeping our garbage cans out of sight or for use in storing garden tools and equipment. Great at first cute, nice feel, beautiful wood texture, but its cheap and poorly produced. Because the wood is very sensitive and not strong, it starts to wobble after you move it around a couple of times, or just after a couple years - especially if you dont empty it first before mixing.
