The Suncast 8x10 Shed is a nice addition to our property for our storage needs. I will admit the process of putting together the shed was not as easy as other reviews had suggested (however that is probably user error). Having a level base is extremely important as any uneven surface will cause the roofing and doors to not align as needed and will create some issues while putting it together. Here is my review of the Patiowell 8x8 Resin Storage Shed. First, Wayfair made the entire purchasing process seamless. Their website was easy to navigate, customer service was professional, and the FedEx deliveries (which arrived in two separate shipments) were handled quickly and efficiently. The shed arrived in five large boxes, and the FedEx delivery driver handled everything with care by placing the boxes neatly in the driveway. I was impressed with the thoughtful packaging. The components were securely protected with layers of Styrofoam, cardboard, and plastic straps to prevent damage during shipping. The shed itself feels sturdy, durable, and solid. Once all of the parts were organized, the instructions became easy to follow during construction. This project definitely requires two people, as many sections need to be assembled on the ground and then lifted into place. Once the base floor is completed, the rest of the build flows together step-by-step, including the walls, frame, roof, and doors. For tools and preparation, I highly recommend having a cordless drill, painter’s tape, extra bolts, and caulking for sealing the seams. Overall, assembling the shed was challenging and took about six hours to complete. Patience, organization, and a few extra supplies are essential for a smooth installation. This Balconera shed with window is ok. It is very thin metal, including the frame. If they would just use a heavier gage metal for the frame I think it would make it a five star for the price. With two people, the assembly was doable! It did take us longer than anticipated (6+ hours while taking our time). The instructions are a very detailed, which is key honestly. I do wish that more of the finer details were magnified in the instructions. Every piece is light enough for one person lifting. The tools (except for a drill of course, so I recommend having one) are provided, and every piece is clear labeled (screws as well). My only complaint is about the flooring. When using a ladder or wearing hard bottom shoes, some parts began to crack slightly. It's not that big of a deal though adding a mat, foam padding, or wood will do the trick. Just as advertised! Took quite some time (4 afternoons) to put it together but I did it by myself (63 year old woman). Some of the instructions could be clearer but in the end it all works. This is a tin shed. You get what you pay for and it has exceeded my expectations. Overall took me 2 hours to build and I recommend a second set of hands for the first few wall panels. Instructions were better than other outfits that sell these sheds (clear with some words). Some holes didnt align but drilled through fine. Overall 90 was perfect during install. Likely 10 was my mistakes. There is no floor included in this shed. Even if you have a solid concrete slab I recommend putting on plywood as there are holes to secure it to. This makes it more water tight. With mine l build a platform out of 2x4 to keep it from sitting directly where water can puddle. Inside storage is good, fits my shovelsrakes weed eater (at an angle) and I found some shelves that fit the width length for great storage. If I had more room I would upgrade to a larger size of this same shed! Also it is worth mentioning this is not air tight. the ceiling does have gaps making it breathable but large enough for small critters to get into. Just saying in case you don’t want unwanted guest..
