Nice and pretty solid once put together. Instructions were a bear; nothing but black and white diagrams. Some written would have helped such as measurements for bracket placement. Really nice storage shed and I’m very happy with the overall quality and design. Assembly was pretty straightforward, but the only problem was that there were not enough SPG-20 screws included. They provided around 30 screws, but you really need 60 or more to complete the installation properly. I had to stop in the middle of assembly and go to a hardware store to purchase additional screws. We enjoyed the final result but the shed was challenging to put together. Sometimes these instructions nowadays are difficult to read. A big problem was that there were very few pilot holes drilled and the "wood" didn't like to accept the screws that were rather large. Got this to make into a chicken coop and it exceeded my expectations. I was able to build it solo without the help of my husband. I did run into some challenging steps however I was able to troubleshoot what needed to be done when the instructions were lacking. Overall, I think that it is pretty good. We liked the size and look of this shed for storing seasonal outdoor chairs and tables. Assembly took about 4 hours including a rain delay. Once we got the floor assembled the rest of it went pretty easily except for the roof which was a real challenge. We ended up securing two corners inside then tucking the rest of it in, otherwise we would get it tucked in and it would come out. Also the door panel had a small dent which I don't think will affect the durability but a little disappointing to have some damage on it. This Balconera shed with window is ok. It is very thin metal, including the frame. If they would just use a heavier gage metal for the frame I think it would make it a five star for the price. Here is my review of the Patiowell 8x8 Resin Storage Shed. First, Wayfair made the entire purchasing process seamless. Their website was easy to navigate, customer service was professional, and the FedEx deliveries (which arrived in two separate shipments) were handled quickly and efficiently. The shed arrived in five large boxes, and the FedEx delivery driver handled everything with care by placing the boxes neatly in the driveway. I was impressed with the thoughtful packaging. The components were securely protected with layers of Styrofoam, cardboard, and plastic straps to prevent damage during shipping. The shed itself feels sturdy, durable, and solid. Once all of the parts were organized, the instructions became easy to follow during construction. This project definitely requires two people, as many sections need to be assembled on the ground and then lifted into place. Once the base floor is completed, the rest of the build flows together step-by-step, including the walls, frame, roof, and doors. For tools and preparation, I highly recommend having a cordless drill, painter’s tape, extra bolts, and caulking for sealing the seams. Overall, assembling the shed was challenging and took about six hours to complete. Patience, organization, and a few extra supplies are essential for a smooth installation. With two people, the assembly was doable! It did take us longer than anticipated (6+ hours while taking our time). The instructions are a very detailed, which is key honestly. I do wish that more of the finer details were magnified in the instructions. Every piece is light enough for one person lifting. The tools (except for a drill of course, so I recommend having one) are provided, and every piece is clear labeled (screws as well). My only complaint is about the flooring. When using a ladder or wearing hard bottom shoes, some parts began to crack slightly. It's not that big of a deal though adding a mat, foam padding, or wood will do the trick. This is a tin shed. You get what you pay for and it has exceeded my expectations. Overall took me 2 hours to build and I recommend a second set of hands for the first few wall panels. Instructions were better than other outfits that sell these sheds (clear with some words). Some holes didnt align but drilled through fine. Overall 90 was perfect during install. Likely 10 was my mistakes. There is no floor included in this shed. Even if you have a solid concrete slab I recommend putting on plywood as there are holes to secure it to. This makes it more water tight. With mine l build a platform out of 2x4 to keep it from sitting directly where water can puddle. Inside storage is good, fits my shovelsrakes weed eater (at an angle) and I found some shelves that fit the width length for great storage. If I had more room I would upgrade to a larger size of this same shed! Also it is worth mentioning this is not air tight. the ceiling does have gaps making it breathable but large enough for small critters to get into. Just saying in case you don’t want unwanted guest..
