We liked the size and look of this shed for storing seasonal outdoor chairs and tables. Assembly took about 4 hours including a rain delay. Once we got the floor assembled the rest of it went pretty easily except for the roof which was a real challenge. We ended up securing two corners inside then tucking the rest of it in, otherwise we would get it tucked in and it would come out. Also the door panel had a small dent which I don't think will affect the durability but a little disappointing to have some damage on it. I was impressed with the quality of the materials and the instructions were pretty clear. I put mine on top of of a concrete pad. Also did a row of cinder blocks, which required a little customizing where the door fit in the wall. I like this shed for the price point. It is a plastic shed which is why it’s such a great price. Once you get it all assembled, it’s sturdy enough. I definitely would not put anything super heavy in it because the floor is plastic and it’s thinner than I was expecting. Assembling it wasn’t my favorite thing to do but that’s probably because I did it myself mostly. I recommend having a buddy help you. I imagine it would be a breeze with a helper, and to be fair, that’s what it recommends. The instructions were great. There was nothing confusing or misleading. All the parts were labelled. It took a day to assemble. I hired the crew from Handy via Wayfair. I bought the sheet shingles for the roofing since it doesn’t come with the kit and they were able to place it. I paid for a concrete slab to be made for it. Overall the whole project was about 4500. I am located in Florida and I will have to strap it down in case of a hurricane and hope for the best.. Ivana. Exactly as I expected. Look these sheds are low cost, so I wasn't looking for something fancy. It does the job and looks decent in the driveway. I am good at putting things like this together, but if you are not one of those people this might be frustrating. There are A LOT of parts. Use a drill instead of the screwdriver that comes with it. It will save you hours. This kit has eleventy-thousand screws. You are going to want to fill the floor grid with gravel or cover it with plywood, so figure that into the cost (plywood is cheap). The good: - high quality material, precisely cut & dimensions stable - instructions clear, sufficiently detailed, easy to follow for someone with some woodworking experience - fit of components & overall shed is great (when instructions followed closely) - construction sequence and assembly steps carefully thought out (e.g., roof panels & door mounting) The bad: - not thrilled about the assembly of front gable/ladder/window, so had to reinforce this area (whereas rest of shed is very solid) - (nitpik) trim on doors difficult to secure - missing 3 boxes 3" nails, so swapped for 3" screws instead The ugly: - got yelled at by a neighbor for hammering on a Sunday :) Note on the photos: had to reduce to 12x7 due to space, so the front looks different due to some customizations.. We unfortunately have not been able to assemble our storage shed yet solely due to the weather in Ohio at the moment. BUT I can say that this shipped FAST I was absolutely not expecting that for such a large item. I took off one star solely because assembling this is more than likely going to be tedious annoying since there are approximately 900 bazillion pieces. It is very heavy and will require a dolly to avoid any back strain if you are ripe and old like myself at age 31. The siding and materials that we have unpacked seem like heavy duty quality and not flimsy which is wonderful! Will definitely update my review once the weather clears up and we can put it together!.
