While all the pieces were there, and I know the price was pretty low but the product is very flimsy, especially the structural support of the shed. I ordered the shed in grey…it arrived on time and my handyman and I put it together in about 4 hours. It was a bit overwhelming but I am happy with the result. The floor was not very sturdy but my handyman solved that by putting treated wood below it and now it is very sturdy. In addition we used the hardware included and drilled it into the concrete slab we made for it to stand on. We enjoyed the final result but the shed was challenging to put together. Sometimes these instructions nowadays are difficult to read. A big problem was that there were very few pilot holes drilled and the "wood" didn't like to accept the screws that were rather large. With two people, the assembly was doable! It did take us longer than anticipated (6+ hours while taking our time). The instructions are a very detailed, which is key honestly. I do wish that more of the finer details were magnified in the instructions. Every piece is light enough for one person lifting. The tools (except for a drill of course, so I recommend having one) are provided, and every piece is clear labeled (screws as well). My only complaint is about the flooring. When using a ladder or wearing hard bottom shoes, some parts began to crack slightly. It's not that big of a deal though adding a mat, foam padding, or wood will do the trick.
