This shed is nice! It’s not what I expected but so far it’s been good. It is very windy where we live and so far the shed has been super sturdy. It is resin and has channels. Not sure how the floor will hold up, but the walls once assembled seem great. Assembly is a lot of prep and it takes 2-3 people. Comes in pretty heavy boxes so be prepared. It's a simple truth – woodsheds degrade over time. Wood rot, mold, pests, and weather cause damage as it sits in the backyard. The Factor is made from plastic resin, making it all-weather resistant as well as resistant to rot, mold, and damage from heat, cold, and humidity. It's built extremely well and holds up to the elements, so it's a sturdy alternative to wood and aluminum sheds.

Installation Recommendations: To your hands during assembly, we supply two pairs of gloves. The metal shed equipped with windows has part number labels affixed to all its components, along with a detailed instruction manual to assist you throughout the installation. It is advisable that 2 - 4 adults collaborate to assemble the product. Please be aware that this metal shed does not come with a floor and thus should be erected on a flat, concrete or paved surface
