Great little outdoor storage closet! Assembly was very easy and can easily be completed by one person. It’s lightweight, which makes it convenient to move around if needed. I also purchased two shelves separately, and they fit perfectly and have worked out really well for the additional storage space. I love the color because it’s very neutral and blends nicely with our outdoor space. I also think it will fade nicely over time as it’s exposed to the elements. Instructions are very spotty. If someone isn't used to this kind of assembly, they will struggle. A second person is only needed to hold some pieces in place while securing. Between the box and the material was 1/2" of foam AND 1/4" of wood. There were also 1/8" corner guards. The instructions could be better in some cases, but nothing worse than any other product. The floor was not very sturdy but my handyman solved that by putting treated wood below it and now it is very sturdy. In addition we used the hardware included and drilled it into the concrete slab we made for it to stand on. The shed arrived in five large boxes, and the FedEx delivery driver handled everything with care by placing the boxes neatly in the driveway. I was impressed with the thoughtful packaging. The components were securely protected with layers of Styrofoam, cardboard, and plastic straps to prevent damage during shipping. The shed itself feels sturdy, durable, and solid. Once all of the parts were organized, the instructions became easy to follow during construction. This project definitely requires two people, as many sections need to be assembled on the ground and then lifted into place. Once the base floor is completed, the rest of the build flows together step-by-step, including the walls, frame, roof, and doors. For tools and preparation, I highly recommend having a cordless drill, painter’s tape, extra bolts, and caulking for sealing the seams. Overall, assembling the shed was challenging and took about six hours to complete. Patience, organization, and a few extra supplies are essential for a smooth installation.
