Works well for mostly used items. I wish I had of gotten the dark grey instead of stone color. I definitely need a bigger one for holding totes. I’m hoping they go on sale because I need a bigger one. Very easy to assemble. Flimsy doors and hard to open, you need 2 hands because they stick on the bottom. But it’s ok for what I use it for. It's certainly lighter weight, smaller than I imagined. Maybe I chose the wrong one. The metal is thin. It has a floor FRAME, but bare bottom. I'm putting mine on concrete for garden tools, and storage so I attached a sub floor wood panel, cut to size, attached to the floor frame, with bearing 360 wheels just in case I need to move it for any reason. It Arrived with damage to all panels, in the exact same panel area.UPDATE....ALMOST ALL OTHER PARTS WERE SCRAPED, SCRATCHED. I IMAGINE THIS WAS DUE TO THE RAW EDGED WOOD PIECES USED FOR SHIPPING/PACKAGING!! Who does this??? Area around holes for screws were scratched up. As if it had been assembled before. This is a nice looking shed. It is sturdy and fits quite a lot of items. It is not too tall and has good width dimensions. The assembly was pretty straightforward except that about one half of the pieces for assembly had a plastic film on them that had to be removed which was a little cumbersome. Patience is a virtue - I was able to put this shed together by myself in about 10 hours. Picture instructions were 90% adequate however there were some steps I had to really focus on the drawings to determine where the pieces fit - inside/outside position grooves. Some of the screw instructions were not as clear as I would have liked. Definitely use a drill to help screws go in cleanly and keep closer to the outer edges to ensure screws actually go into walls. Having a second pair of hands during the wall & roof installation would have been less taxing physically. Screws for door hinges have no spares and as 2 of the 24 provided did not fit really well and I ended up stripping one of them and the other was only able to tighten half way I would have like the floor to be a bit firmer than it is. And the sizing is more 4.5 ft x 2.5 ft which was a bit of let down as I wanted to fit my current shelving units on both sides. I also would have liked a middle roof bracket to give it more stability for the door opening, plus I think it would have helped make the roof installation a bit easier.. Christine. North Saanich, BC. The building is a nice and convenient storage shed. It took one man about 10 hours to construct and I did not put the overhang on as I am using it as a chicken brooder. The construction was straight forward but there were parts where 2 people were necessary (the instruction manual tells you when this is necessary). Be careful as the edges of the metal building are sharp and can cut you easily. We live on a ridge and get periodic high winds. I will have to reinforce this building to keep it from blowing away, but that would be the case with all buildings like this.
