Works well for mostly used items. I wish I had of gotten the dark grey instead of stone color. I definitely need a bigger one for holding totes. I’m hoping they go on sale because I need a bigger one. Very easy to assemble. Flimsy doors and hard to open, you need 2 hands because they stick on the bottom. But it’s ok for what I use it for. I ordered the shed in grey…it arrived on time and my handyman and I put it together in about 4 hours. It was a bit overwhelming but I am happy with the result. The floor was not very sturdy but my handyman solved that by putting treated wood below it and now it is very sturdy. In addition we used the hardware included and drilled it into the concrete slab we made for it to stand on. I thoroughly read the reviews before purchasing this. As many have said, it’s good for what it is. My partner and I put it together in less than 2 hours. Assembly was pretty straightforward, although my partner noted that: 1. not all of the dimensions were exact, “not square”—i.e. we couldn’t fit all of the slats into the top shelf area even if we wanted to. Fortunately we were going to skip 1 or 2 slats anyway, as others have done, so that our broom would fit inside. 2. We also noted that the instructions weren’t complete: they don’t have a step included at all for inserting the bottom floor of the shed. Although it just slides in, so was easy enough to figure out. 3. He said the wood felt like pine wood (cheap and fragile.) Hopefully won’t be an issue as it’s mostly just tasked with looking nice and hiding all the garden supplies on our small apartment deck. Plus being so light weight made it easy for the two of us to lift it through the sliding glass door. 4. In particular he did not like that the holes weren’t completely drilled. Besides being annoying, this may have contributed to one of the screws going through the board and poking out the other side (the sharp end is on the outside of the shed and exposed, so we’ll need to use a wire cutter or something to trim it down). Photos included of this. 5. Some of the stain came off on our fingers as we assembled. Wear gloves if this is a concern, but it washed right off. Seems there’s no clear coat seal on it, so that may be necessary to survive the elements of nature (rain and snow namely.) TL;DR full price may be a little high for a light weight, imperfectly measured item. More worthwhile if purchased on sale. However, it fit the bill for what we wanted (an aesthetic, functional cover up for an eye sore pile of garden supplies) and the issues are tolerable or fixable.. Nicole. Roseville, MN. Unfortunately my purchase with Wayfair didn’t go so well. I went onto your website and found a RESIN storage shed that I’ve been wanting. So I purchased the shed and waited 10 days and it arrived at my house. I opened the package and started to get the parts ready for the installation. That’s where I realized the issue ….. Wayfair sent me a METAL shed and not a RESIN shed. Now I had to repackage this 150 pound pile of tin back into the cardboard box..not an easy task trying to put 100 pieces back so they all fit inside this box. I did my best and somehow got everything repackaged then had it returned.. Now it’s been 4 days and I’m still waiting to hear that the replacement has been shipped.. This worked out well for our needs. Definitely not a one-person assembly job as some pieces either didn't align exactly right or needed someone else to hold pieces together so they could be attached. The holes in the door don't align very well so it's hard to attach a small lock to keep the door from swinging outward. Everything was labeled and the instructions (mostly pictures with directional arrows) were easy to follow enough. If you can assemble Lego sets, the assembly instructions were about the same method. Yes, you need a floor. Do measure the space before buying and cutting (tip - HD will give you one free cut on the giant board. Having it in two pieces makes it much easier to install inside). We also needed a ladder to assemble the roof. It is a bit flimsy though it worked well for us as we installed this in the small space between the house and fence, nestled up against another part of a fence that does not open.
