This shed was super easy to assemble. I am a 5' 3" 67 year old female and it took me an hour and 45 minutes to complete. Approximately 15 minutes of that was sorting and verifying parts. The instructions suggested two people to assemble floor, and that probably would have helped, but I was able to do it myself. My foundation was already in place. Getting the sides to slide into the slots properly required a rubber mallet. Finished product holds my self-propelled snow blower and my Snow Joe battery operated snow blower with extra room.. Terry. Love this shed, especially for the price! I wanted something that wasn’t too large since I have limited space, and this ended up being the perfect size. I looked at a ton of different sheds and spent a lot of time reading reviews before deciding on this one, and I’m glad I did. Assembly was very straightforward. My boyfriend put it together by himself in about three hours while I was at work and didn’t run into any issues. A couple of nice bonuses are that it comes with a floor and a lock, which saved me from having to buy those separately. I’ll probably add some hooks to the walls to make organizing tools a little easier, but overall it has plenty of room for what I need. The only downside I’ve noticed is that there isn’t a lot of airflow, so it can get pretty hot inside on warm days. That should be an easy fix with some added ventilation, though. This is a a great storage shed if you have bulky stuff or things like bicycles that you would need to store. It does not weigh 5 tons, but it also feels sturdy enough for outdoor storage. What I would have improved for this unit is, you have to drill some of the holes yourself (specially those for the small screws). In essence, they don't even have a "mini-hole mark" or something that guides your drilling. You basically have to eye-ball it. Also, the holes on some of the brackets are super small and you almost have to force the screws into them. This is a great shed! As a 5’2 woman with a 5’8 hubs, it does feel a little short height wise but perfect for us. We did decide to run 1x4’s around the middle to give the walls some extra support. It’s a nice shed overall. One panel was broken when I opened the package, which was disappointing, but aside from that, it’s quite good and very spacious. The product arrives in two long, flat boxes. The packing was sufficient for the most part except for the triangular pieces that are part of the roof. They were dented and scratched, but I didn’t think it was worth my time and trouble to try to have them replaced, so I pounded out the dents with a rubber mallet. The flaws are visible, but not as bad as how they came. Each piece of metal is covered with plastic film that should be removed before assembly, which takes a lot of time and patience, but once removed the metal surfaces are very clean with a good coating. Assembly definitely requires two people and several hours since there are over 300 screws, but once assembled, the structure is very solid. I was impressed with the engineering. All of the screw holes lined up and the instructions/diagrams were easy to follow. I built a wooden deck with 2x6 treated joists and treated plywood for the floor and screwed the base to that.
