The storage shed was exactly what I needed. The assembly person came the day after my delivery and assembled everything very quickly. Also I really like the fact that you dont have to worry about sanding and painting this every couple of years the material its made out of is maintenance free and will last for many many years. These Dimensions work for me but I noticed a lot of similar storage sheds that are made out of similar materials so if you have more space you can definitely get something a little larger. And its really great to have that ability to leave stuff outside when you dont have indoor or outdoor space. Yeah I mean you could store tools out here or equipment or if need be can even store out holiday decorations. The skys the limit with this storage shed all you need is a little bit of space and a little bit of time to reorganize and it can definitely make your life a lot easier. And I cant speak highly enough of the assembly man who came to help install the shed he was done in about 3 hours and really assemble the perfectly. Its very impressive how Wayfair managed to send out this shed so quickly and the fact that if you want assembly its done literally the day after you receive it in the mail makes life very easy. Curious to see what the wind rating are is on the storage sheds but from what Ive seen it could definitely take a beating as far as the elements outside you really dont have to worry about whatever youre putting inside there these are very strong and durable.. Overall this shed is extremely good for the price. The assembly took a good bit for two of us to put it together. The instructions can be a little difficult to understand at times so really pay attention to what the picture shows. The interior is huge! The headroom is great. Can easily stand up straight and have room to spare. The design has the windows caddie corner from each other, but I didn’t want one facing the house and it was simple to cut the notches for the trusses to fit into. If you want a good shed. The shed is impervious to wood-eating insects and won't rust, rot, dent, mildew, or need painting. It has a 15-year warranty and a step-by-step easy-to-follow assembly instruction booklet.

You need to set aside a full day or two to assemble this thing, BUT I will say that the instructions are thorough and correct,,,, all the pieces were accounted for, and once assembled it's fairly sturdy,,,, though if you live in a high wind area you may want to consider a different shed. For us though, after placing it against a wall and in the corner, no worries about the wind. Looks nice, needs some sort of latching hardware for one door,,, I used magnets. We enjoyed the final result but the shed was challenging to put together. Sometimes these instructions nowadays are difficult to read. A big problem was that there were very few pilot holes drilled and the "wood" didn't like to accept the screws that were rather large. This worked out well for our needs. Definitely not a one-person assembly job as some pieces either didn't align exactly right or needed someone else to hold pieces together so they could be attached. The holes in the door don't align very well so it's hard to attach a small lock to keep the door from swinging outward. Everything was labeled and the instructions (mostly pictures with directional arrows) were easy to follow enough. If you can assemble Lego sets, the assembly instructions were about the same method. Yes, you need a floor. Do measure the space before buying and cutting (tip - HD will give you one free cut on the giant board. Having it in two pieces makes it much easier to install inside). We also needed a ladder to assemble the roof. It is a bit flimsy though it worked well for us as we installed this in the small space between the house and fence, nestled up against another part of a fence that does not open.
