We liked the size and look of this shed for storing seasonal outdoor chairs and tables. Assembly took about 4 hours including a rain delay. Once we got the floor assembled the rest of it went pretty easily except for the roof which was a real challenge. We ended up securing two corners inside then tucking the rest of it in, otherwise we would get it tucked in and it would come out. Also the door panel had a small dent which I don't think will affect the durability but a little disappointing to have some damage on it. While all the pieces were there, and I know the price was pretty low but the product is very flimsy, especially the structural support of the shed. Patience is a virtue - I was able to put this shed together by myself in about 10 hours. Picture instructions were 90% adequate however there were some steps I had to really focus on the drawings to determine where the pieces fit - inside/outside position grooves. Some of the screw instructions were not as clear as I would have liked. Definitely use a drill to help screws go in cleanly and keep closer to the outer edges to ensure screws actually go into walls. Having a second pair of hands during the wall & roof installation would have been less taxing physically. Screws for door hinges have no spares and as 2 of the 24 provided did not fit really well and I ended up stripping one of them and the other was only able to tighten half way I would have like the floor to be a bit firmer than it is. And the sizing is more 4.5 ft x 2.5 ft which was a bit of let down as I wanted to fit my current shelving units on both sides. I also would have liked a middle roof bracket to give it more stability for the door opening, plus I think it would have helped make the roof installation a bit easier.. Christine. North Saanich, BC. The shed is a good, compact size and was purchased specifically to comply with the HOA’s strict height limitations. It just makes the maximum height allowed. This is a tin shed. You get what you pay for and it has exceeded my expectations. Overall took me 2 hours to build and I recommend a second set of hands for the first few wall panels. Instructions were better than other outfits that sell these sheds (clear with some words). Some holes didnt align but drilled through fine. Overall 90 was perfect during install. Likely 10 was my mistakes. There is no floor included in this shed. Even if you have a solid concrete slab I recommend putting on plywood as there are holes to secure it to. This makes it more water tight. With mine l build a platform out of 2x4 to keep it from sitting directly where water can puddle. Inside storage is good, fits my shovelsrakes weed eater (at an angle) and I found some shelves that fit the width length for great storage. If I had more room I would upgrade to a larger size of this same shed! Also it is worth mentioning this is not air tight. the ceiling does have gaps making it breathable but large enough for small critters to get into. Just saying in case you don’t want unwanted guest..
