I purchased this solid wood kitchen island through Wayfair Products Verified, and honestly I thought it was going to be a nightmare to assemble because of all the rails, drawers, and amount of pieces included. Surprisingly, it was actually pretty easy to put together. The pre-made holes were perfectly aligned and all the instructions were very clear. I had seen some reviews saying the assembly process was terrible, but that wasn’t my experience at all. I think this has been the biggest furniture project I’ve done because of the number of pieces, but overall the process was smooth and easy to follow. I’m definitely not disappointed with this purchase. My only concern is the back panel of the island since it feels super thin compared to the rest of the structure. The rolling island has been great for our kitchen. I love to be able to roll it out of the way and the electrical outlet/usb has been great. I also like the hidden trash and the cabinet holds quite a bit. However, I will say it feels a little flimsy for the price, the back and sides of the cabinet are a thin material and the top is also very thin.
