Overall pretty simple to put together…. Took me about 1.5 hours, but I put the towel bar and wheels on after the legs since my kitchen is tight on space and wasn’t sure they would work. Smaller hands make assembly a bit easier since some of the connections are in not easily assessable areas. The long and medium bolts are the same length! The Allyn wrench provided is too long, so used a smaller one I had that worked better for me. This is a great product. It’s wasn’t difficult to put together but it took a long time due to so many pieces. It took about 5.5 hours to assemble for one person but I think would be quicker and easier with 2 people. I gave it four stars because the trash bin drawer is a little shaky so we added L brackets to give a little more stability to the drawer. Overall I think this was a great purchase.. Sandra. We were pleasantly impressed by the build quality of this kitchen island. The Wayfair assembly tech was professional and assembled the island in good order. It will definitely meet our needs. We’ve had this white kitchen island for a couple of years now, and it has held up really well in our kitchen. The quality is great, and it’s still in excellent condition with regular everyday use. It has three storage shelves and three drawers, which provide plenty of space for kitchen essentials. We opted not to install the shelf on the side because we wanted to save space, and we’ve been very happy with that choice. The wheels make it easy to move when needed, while still being practical and sturdy. Overall, it’s a great-quality island that has been both functional and durable for our kitchen.
