I am using this ‘kitchen island’ as a little craft station. It wasn’t difficult to put together. Everything was marked quite nicely. The color I picked is dark walnut. It got 4 stars because it’s the exact size that we need. We needed a very exact width for this space and a height for our ninja foodi and I’ve been searching for months. Now I prob would of given it 3 stars if it didn’t fit the width. First it was very well packaged, I was very impressed and shipping was super fast. But the shelves was chipped and the area between the drawer was cracked too (see picture) and then I couldn’t screw in on the handles no matter how many times I rethread but it still worked. And the handle on the drawer on one side was crooked - and I saw that on another review too. And the “white” is more vanilla - I have white cabinets and these are just a little more yellow for it - I foresee myself painting it. I’m just happy it fits my foodi - I just won’t be able to use the middle shelf. Oh and I wish it was standard counter top height - this is just a little shorter.. Katie. So while I love the look of this cart and it fits my needs....it was a pain to put together. But once assembled I do love. Worried about how the stainless steel will hold up so I’m hoping by covering most of it, it will stay protected. Having small kids I can’t have nice things. This was my first purchase for my business at Wayfair. I was so excited to get this product. It’s exactly what I was looking for. I spent hours making sure the measurements were perfect for my storage containers only one of them actually fit. The directions were so confusing! My hands aren’t strong enough so I literally sat for 5 hours trying to figure out how to do this on a Friday night wasting time getting it together by myself. My hands just weren’t strong enough and I had to use pliers with the wrench. The reason why I didn’t pay for assembly was because it was 99 and the product was only 200. Tell me how that makes any sense Why should I spend half the price of the product to have it put together It’s just isn’t not feasible for a small business who’s rebuilding because of Covid. Besides, I have a lot more things I want to buy. It looks ok overall but it was a big headache and I may have to redo it again to get two small wood pieces I missed somewhere midway through the assembly. I’m sad and hope Wayfair may help me.. Gail.
