8/10, an absolute WIN! One piece of the table has a dent in it due to shipping and handling. I put a vase on top of it to hide it. Wayfair gave a me a small % of a refund due to the dent. I paid for the professional assembly Wayfair offers, and it took him 3.5 hours to assemble. TONS of pieces, and the instruction manual is crucial! It has plenty of space, is aesthetically pleasing, and gives my kitchen the luxury upgrade I desire. It has two drawers that don’t have the lock when you extend it, so I have to be careful when opening it. I even added books where some would put spices, so I am loving the dual purpose. I also enjoy using the outlet that comes with the island. I love it!! 100% recommend!. K. Philadelphia, PA. Sun Jun 14 2026

Overall pretty simple to put together…. Took me about 1.5 hours, but I put the towel bar and wheels on after the legs since my kitchen is tight on space and wasn’t sure they would work. Smaller hands make assembly a bit easier since some of the connections are in not easily assessable areas. The long and medium bolts are the same length! The Allyn wrench provided is too long, so used a smaller one I had that worked better for me. Also there were a couple of small nicks (minor) on the black wood, but decided to keep it since it’s a hassle to return. Overall pretty happy with the cart.. Lorette. Arvada, CO. Sat May 16 2026

Absolutely gorgeous little piece! I left the wheels off and it’s perfect for my little trashcan coffee bar I wanted! Still need to find a trashcan size that fits 10 gallon is too big.. Anonymous. Thu Jun 04 2026

Great buy for the price! This piece was delivered quickly in 2 heavy boxes. Yes, 2 adults are needed to move and assemble. First impression efficiently and safely packaged. I could see right away that I liked the colorwood grain pattern of the product, and the (many) pieces looked well-made with smooth edges. Tons of hardware included. Next, we used the team approach to confirm all pieces where included—one called out part number, the other checked it off on the instructions. Speaking of instructions these are very well done. Typically, I see a self-assemble product like this and I’m CERTAIN I won’t be able to do this. With this product, the instruction booklet is long, detailed and made up primarily of pictures showing how each section is put together. The steps are over-explained through these drawings, making it very clear how each step goes together. These were some of the clearest instructions I’ve ever worked with! The wood pieces went together smoothly. Using the diagram instructions to ensure we had everything oriented properly (are all the holes matching the diagram, etc.) worked really well. The insane number of hardware pieces led to an incredibly sturdy construction. Everything went together exactly as described in the instruction booklet. All pre-drilled holes lined up, we even had extra screws and other hardware in case of a misplaced or broken piece. This took 2 adults 3 full hours to assemble. One of us is extremely mechanically inclined, the other is good at organizing and checking off vompleted strps. The final product is sturdy and good looking. For the price, the engineered wood is nicely priced. I’m happy with this island!. Teressa. MI. Mon Oct 12 2026

Assembly wasn't too difficult, the granite top is exquisite. A lot of the wood is particle board or equivalent, and I didn't like the divots to cover the screw holes. I recently got this kitchen island, and I’ve got to say, it’s been a great addition to my space. Putting it together definitely takes two people—it’s pretty heavy—but once it’s assembled, you can tell it’s built to last. Everything lined up nicely, and the instructions were easy enough to follow. The butcher block–style top is my favorite part. It gives the island a nice, classic look and feels super solid when I’m chopping or prepping food. It’s got that real wood feel that makes the whole piece look more high-end than it actually costs. Even though it’s sturdy, the wheels make it easy to move around when I need to clean or shift things around. Once it’s in place, the locks on the wheels hold it steady so it doesn’t budge. Overall, it’s a really nice mix of function and style. It adds a good amount of counter and storage space, looks great in the kitchen, and feels like it’ll last for years. Totally worth it if you want something solid and practical without feeling too formal or fussy.. Amy. Cedar Springs, MI. Sun Oct 26 2025

A nice side table for my stove where I can store some of my pots and pans. The color is charming and overall it seems sturdy enough. Negatives: - packed in crumbly styrofoam that was not wrapped in plastic to prevent mess - the drawer wood split a little while screwing it together, not enough to prevent it from working - it took a long time to put together due to having a large number of pieces That said, putting it together was pretty easy, just time consuming. This is a fabulous addition to an apartment— I’m relieved it has a fold-down bar tabletop, wheels, and additional power outlet for convenience! Makes space-saving a breeze. It was put together in about 2 hours, with the assistance of a screw gun. Just beware that the distressed look on the sides is much more pronounced than in the photos that’s the only reason for one star taken off. I had no idea that it was that distressed-looking, but since it provides so much convenience, I’ll keep it! Thanks Wayfair!. Kelley. Quincy, MA. Thu Sep 17 2026
