I purchased a less expensive version, fully expecting to have to replace when the kids are older. Edit 2/13/2026. We've now had these just under 6 years. While I started my first review with an expectation of these being absolutely trashed in a couple years, I am thrilled to report that I was wrong. They're holding up great to a now 8 and 4 year olds daily meals. The kids also like to use these stools as stepladders to get cereal, bread, etc out of the upper cabinets. These are excellent barstools. I added a little piece of brown felt fabric tape to each corner of the back because they swivel so easy I was finding my grandkids were knocking the back of the chair on the edge of the bar. It works great.!. Wanda. Midwest. Mon Apr 20 2026

These are comfortable and they look great! The color is a little more steel blue than sky blue. They fit perfectly under a counter. (For reference we have a 12” counter.)
