This kitchen island set provides a spot for food prep, hanging out, and casual dining all in one. The spacious countertop extends past the base to accommodate the two traditional-style X-back counter stools that are included. Made from solid and engineered wood, the base and the stools create a classic look we love. The island itself features four drawers and two cabinets to make organizing appliances and utensils a breeze. A built-in spice rack and towel bar on the side are icing on the cake. Full assembly is required, and all tools are included.

We bought the Diamondback Solid Wood 24" Counter Stool in Mahogany and we LOVE them! I do wish I had bought the 30" inch stools, but hind sight is 20/20, isn't it? You really cannot tell how it would fit without seeing it in person; honestly, it would be helpful if Wayfair put the both sized stools up to the counter in a photo. For now, you have me telling you, that if you are buying this for the Dodge Kitchen Island, and especially if you are putting the wheels on that island which puts the counter at 38" high, consider buying the 30" inch stools, Ok? The Mahogany stools are not as dark as the counter top, but the black would not have matched either, soooo . . . it is what it is; we still love them because they are GORGEOUS !! You will love them too! If you do buy the 24" inch stools, know that they will be easier for your kids to climb into. This is perfect in terms of looks from a distance, though not the highest quality. I’ve had to touch up the color on a few places and it’s particle board, so not great. If you can afford a more expensive one, I would recommend spending more. But the higher quality ones didn’t deliver to my address, so I used the DIY method and assembled this with not too much difficulty. Best parts are the cupboards and drawers that open from both sides, and the real wood surface. We bought the Diamondback Solid Wood 24" Counter Stool in Mahogany and we LOVE them! I do wish I had bought the 30" inch stools, but hind sight is 20/20, isn't it? You really cannot tell how it would fit without seeing it in person; honestly, it would be helpful if Wayfair put the both sized stools up to the counter in a photo. For now, you have me telling you, that if you are buying this for the Dodge Kitchen Island, and especially if you are putting the wheels on that island which puts the counter at 38" high, consider buying the 30" inch stools, Ok? The Mahogany stools are not as dark as the counter top, but the black would not have matched either, soooo . . . it is what it is; we still love them because they are GORGEOUS !! You will love them too! If you do buy the 24" inch stools, know that they will be easier for your kids to climb into. Bought two of these in cherry with the stainless steel top. Came in three packages, all in good shape, with no damage to contents. The stainless top comes with a plastic shrink wrap to protect it, which is a bit tedious to remove, but keeps the top from getting scratched. Assembly was easy, and despite the deliberately loose dowels, goes together fairly well. My only complaint is that one of top drawers doesn't slide in straight. It's not too bad, but could be better.
