It feels sturdy, provides helpful storage, and the drop leaf gives us extra counter space when needed without taking up too much room. The size works well in our kitchen, and it has made the space feel more organized and complete. There were a few small dents and scratches on the tabletop, which was disappointing for a brand-new item. This is a beautiful Aadrith Kitchen Island by Gracie Oaks purchased from Wayfair. The Fedex delivery came on time and in 3 boxes, all of which were extremely well packaged and protected by packing materials. All the pieces were in great condition which no cracks, dents or damage of any kind. My husband encountered a few problems in assembly but was able to fix the problems with home-made ingenuity.
