Well Built and easy to assemble Nice heavy cabinet that looks great. Be careful when you turn it over during assembly. One of the caster split the wood. I had to glue and clamp it. Perhaps installing the bottom shelves earlier would reinforce the wood because it hides the area that I glued. Still a great cabinet. Also, I had a piece missing. I called Catskill. It was sent immediately. |

Smooth process... good quality [...]Assembly took about three hours. Instructions were straightforward and easy to understand. I had to drill holes for the drawer glides; but that was fairly self-explanatory. Laminated birch is surprisingly attractive but will require a periodic application of oil; especially in drier climates, like Denver. Particleboard veneer sides could use a little improvement. Perhaps threaded inserts instead of wood screws directly into "soft" synthetic wood. Great for storage. Top provides much more workspace than traditional countertop. Very mobile even when weighed down with pots and pans, mixer, assorted kitchen utensils, etc. American-made product far superior to similar Chinese made products. Well worth the cost difference. [$]. I will shop Catskill Craftsman again. |

Love it This took extensive assembly. I was a little bit overwhelmed to find out that it was just a pile of boards and a bag of hardware. But the instructions were step by step and complete, and my 12 year old and I were able to assemble it correctly, with only a couple of wrong turns. It is a nice, solid piece of furniture. It looks good in my kitchen, blending in with the current cabinetry. It is as deep as my current countertops, and being able to pull it out to use is a plus. The top is thick and solid, sturdy enough to do any food prep you please without it feeling rickety. I am very pleased with my purchase. If I had the ability, I would do 4 1/2 stars, only because of the assembly. |

no title Just got it together last week, so just started using it. Seems to be well constructed, good quality. Like the movability as well, as it can be used in any part of the kitchen. Would recommend this products. |
