User Instruction Manual For Assembly Murphy Bed

This is NOT an off brand adjustable bed frame, it’s made by Mlily who make quality bed frames. It uses two whisper quiet lift motors, a name brand controller module, four earth shaking vibration motors and a heavy duty frame. We purchased two king bed frames and both had FOUR position legs(3” each) and a LIGHTED remote control(see images). You will easily pay twice the price for a comparable bed frame anywhere else with the same features. My wife and I(58 and 60yo) were able to separate the two king bed frame sections at the three hinge points with a metric ratchet and wrench and unplug three quick disconnects in order to half the weight to 100lbs each and bring them up a flight of stairs, then reconnect everything on the second floor, this process saved our backs and cost us an extra fifteen minutes tops. Installation was super simple and the remote was already paired to the frame. Assembly wasn’t too hard to understand like others are making it seem, just gotta use your brain. The hardest part was fitting into tight corners to tighten some of the camber bolts and whatnot. I have been looking on marketplace for a used Murphy breed for over a year now and then I came across this one and it was comparable in price to the used ones I had been looking at. I hesitated getting a used one because I would need to borrow w truck and then get help moving it, its used, may not be in the best condition, etc. But this one was delivered directly to my house, I did need help moving it inside but the separate boxes made it manageable and my 8 year old loves it! She thinks its the coolest thing to be able to close her bed up although I dont think we are going to do it often as a single mom in a budget I was looking to buy something that can work for a guest bedroomplayroom down the road. The boxes were heavy but everything was packaged well. I didnt have any trouble putting it together but did lay everything out and laid close attention to the directions so I didnt have to do it twice. I think this path of buying online was a better cover for my situation and worth the great price i feel good about my investmentss and my daughter thinks she has the coolest room EVER!. Laura. The looks great! If you are not a pro putting this things together, hire someone or just don’t buy it. I have put together at least a couple of dozen do it yourself furniture and had not encountered anything as difficult as this. The instructions are very poor and the QR codes weren’t that much help. We absolutely love our Mandujano Murphy Bed in the Barnwood finish. After downsizing, we needed our larger office to double as a guest room, and this bed is perfect. It’s solid wood, extremely well built, and the design is brilliant — when folded up, it looks like a beautiful chest of drawers, and the bottom drawer is a real storage drawer that holds pillows, sheets, and a blanket. We bought the matching mattress thinking we might upgrade it later, but it’s genuinely comfortable. When our twin sons were visiting, one son slept on it with a plush topper and liked it so much he stayed in the Murphy bed even after the guest room became available when his brother departed.
