This murphy bed is working well in an extra bedroom. It looks nice and offers storage in the bottom drawer giving us a nice place to store the sheets and pillows for the bed when not in use. I really like the Murphy bed it was delivered on time and was in almost perfect condition. The item had one minor scratch, and it was easy to paint over. It’s a big piece of heavy furniture and it’s perfect. Assembly was pretty straightforward and feels over engineered. The mattress that comes with it is quite thin but that’s based on my preference ! Trash! I bought a 4" tri-fold mattress like the specifications say and it doesn't even fold up with the mattress like it's supposed to. My guest, who was going to use it, sat down and the wood pieces broke and my guest fell through! My guest doesn't even weigh 200 lbs and this is supposed to hold 400 lbs.
