Spent weeks looking for a cost-effective Murphy bed. Glad I choose this one. It took my husband all day to build as most reviews stated. Super easy to pull out. Did have to modify the wall anchoring given the brick wall anchors that are provided. The front panel has more space between the shelving on one side (everything reads level, and the bottom of the front panel has even spacing). I did notice other review photos have the same problem. This unit was exactly what I needed for the space. I was worried that the wood color would be too yellow, but its not, its a neutral beige and doesnt clash with the flooring. This is stellar! My husband and I took our time putting this together, we wanted to make sure it turned out really well. We split it up into 2 days, also if you have two drills, itll probably be quicker lol. The instructions were clear and easy to follow. I do recommend having a second person around, some of the pieces are bigger and you just need an extra set of hands. One reviewer mentioned building it in the room its supposed to go in, and I second that notion. Its a great bed, and sturdy. I love this thing and it doesnt take up too much space. Love how this bed turned out! It feels very sturdy and secure, easy to pull the bed down and it goes back up just as easy. The extra storage in the cabinets is a great bonus as our spare room is relatively small. The shelves are also adjustable with three different options for where to put the shelf. We left out the wine rack in favor of an open spot to put our Internet router. It definitely requires a minimum of two to three people to assemble and at least two days.
