This extendable dining table serves as a functional center point for your dining room or eat-in kitchen. Very happy with the table. We wanted an extendable table that held the "leaves" within the table and was round when extended. The "racetrack" shape when the "butterfly wing/leaves" are retracted is cooler than a typical rectangle or oval. I also wanted a near white (but with some contrasting details) stone-like top which is very hard to find in an extendable table. The base appears to be slightly lighter brown in color in person than online, but I prefer that. Ignore the chairs in the pictures; we haven't picked out chairs for the new table yet. The extension mechanism (see photo) works very smoothly, and you can do with one hand and little strength. You can have neither extended, only 1 extended, or both extended which works well for our needs (kid comes home from college, etc). There's a tiny bit of uneven-ness in the height at one end of the leaves when extended, but probably only 2 mm (and maybe fixable if we tried.) Delivery was on time with excellent communication via texts and call and with updates for a narrower delivery window provided. They brought it in and assembled it for us. Happy with the purchase. Other places on-line had similar tables but not the exact same one. In particular, the stone top having the grey details seemed harder to find. The base of this table seems very sturdy yet is not wide enough to get in the way of anyone's legs and we have tall teenage boys. We have not had problems with our legs hitting the "leaves" when they are not extended. It looks and feels like something that cost this much or more. Recommend.. Jennifer. Glen Allen, VA. It has a field of pie-cut swirly-crotch mahogany surrounded by a straight-grain mahogany border. The six perimeter leaves feature swirly-crotch mahogany centers with straight-grain mahogany borders. The outer edge is three-beaded. It has a medium brown mahogany color with a hand rubbed and polished semigloss sheen. I was looking for an 84” round dining table - the options for this size are very few. Wayfair was amazing in delivery - as this was going to a location 1.5 hrs from our main residence - they were able to let me know when they were 1.5 hrs away vs the regular 30 min call ahead. There was a ding in the table- not sure if it occurred in transit or during delivery but the delivery driver was able to call Wayfair customer service and they were able to rectify the situation on the spot.. Gorgeous table! No problem extending it fully, the action is very smooth. Its central leaf is substantial and secures into place perfectly with brass latches. The construction is sturdy with no wobbling. The table's finish is slightly darker and more mahogany-toned than the product photos shown on the white background. 90-inch round flame mahogany dining table. Features a 1.5-inch-thick flame mahogany tabletop supported by an outswept Duncan Phyfe–style pedestal with a turned column. The tabletop is substantial in weight and rests on an overbuilt pedestal with steel-reinforced, outswept saber legs terminating in solid brass-capped feet with levelers. This custom design provides exceptional floor-to-table clearance, allowing generous space for armchairs and taller guests. Finished in a traditional two-tone mahogany with a lighter border separated by a fine black-and-white inlay.

The gentle shape of four concave legs and a subtle grain pattern on the top offer a restrained elegance for the Cornelia dining table. The base curves up to support the round top, which can expand to an oval shape with the addition of a leaf. The beautiful design is highlighted by a light grey Nebbia finish.
