This table is really something special. The quality of the wood, its design, and overall appearance are fantastic. Only issue I encountered was a screw hole that wasn’t aligned properly, so it took a bit of elbow grease to get the final bolt fastened, but it was worth it. Please note that this table is very heavy, which is a procon. Pro, because it’s solid wood and will last ages con, because unpacking and assembling it—even just moving it once it’s put together—could be difficult to do for some. Well it took 5 months to receive my new table and it was well worth it!!! The delivery/set up company-service was 5 star!!! They did a great job with delivery and installation. However... Wayfair did a poor job of communicating my contact info to the delivery company, I stayed home/missed work for the first delivery date and it was a "no show" because Wayfair gave the delivery people incorrect info. The second delivery date was set for between 11-3PM (yes took off another day from work) the morning of the delivery I received a text message at 7:30 AM that they would be delivering in 30 minutes (hours too early,) the delivery people were super nice and changed the time to when I could receive the delivery - they even showed me the message from Wayfair to them telling them to deliver my table at a much earlier time. Moral of the story - Yes the table is great and I love it, but... Wayfair - please figure out what is going on with your communication with your delivery service!!! All of our cedar log furniture is crafted using northern white cedar. We harvest our cedar locally from its Minnesota location. We even operate our cedar sawmill that produces lumber for our furniture! Northern white cedar is extremely light and quite soft but boasts excellent decay resistance and strength despite these characteristics. For heavily used surfaces, we also offer an optional liquid glass finish to increase its lifespan. Liquid glass finish provides a high gloss sheen, this upgrade finish is made from a two-part epoxy. Equivalent to 50 coats of polyurethane, the finish is tough, yet flexible and not prone to shattering from impact.

Very pretty table, easy assembly. Only negative is that the legs (which fold out to support the table top) do not lock, so they can easily be folded back in and cause the table to collapse.
