Absolutely love it. So much nicer than I was expecting. Heavy duty, does not look or feel cheap. Took a couple hours to put together, but I completely glossed over the part of the instructions when it said to only screw some of the screws in by 80%. Make sure to follow that part - you need to be able to have a little give in order to get some of the other pieces into place correctly. Easy to put together. Lighter weight than I thought so it moves around easily … sometimes a good thing sometimes not such a good thing. Yes 4 people can sit and eat with plates and beverages and a salt shaker in the center but everyone is sitting close enough to see the pores in each other’s faces. No room for serving dishes so we eat buffet style. Not a problem for two or even three at the table. The “cracks” in the table top that simulate wood slats are just food crumb collectors so cleaning means getting a potato brush or toothpick to scrape them out when you wipe it off … best to use a table cloth. This is one of the best purchases we have made from Wayfair. It is MUCH nicer in person - super high quality and very durable. We've had this for 5-6 years now and it still looks brand new. Great table. Very efficient ratio between fully open and closed. Like other commenters noted, the single leaf extension on its own is a little redundant, because the legs make it a little uncomfortable to sit next to the ends of the table, so it still comfortably only seats 6 (same as with no extension leafs, but with a little more space). But the 2 leaf and 3 leaf extensions are excellent. The fact that all leaves fold and store nicely within the table makes it a very compact solution relative to how huge it is when full size. The quality is also very good. Materials and build feel very sturdy and robust. Assembly needs two strong adults. Overall, this is a very nice table. I could not give it five stars because of the difficulty in putting the 12 screws for the hinges in. Although the instructions do not indicate a drill is needed to start the holes and then a drill is also needed to screw in the screws. Because the wood is not prepared for the screws, doing it by hand is not possible. It is easy to put together other than that. Everything was exactly as shown in the picture and it works out perfectly in a small unit. As I am 70 years old, it did take me one hour to put it together. But I did it myself!. Hazel. Sun City, AZ.
