Absolutely love it. So much nicer than I was expecting. Heavy duty, does not look or feel cheap. Took a couple hours to put together, but I completely glossed over the part of the instructions when it said to only screw some of the screws in by 80%. Make sure to follow that part - you need to be able to have a little give in order to get some of the other pieces into place correctly. Once you pass that step, then it tells you to go back and screw them to 100%. That probably would’ve saved me about half an hour, but that’s user error, lol. I would 100% recommend.. Dina. Easy to put together. Lighter weight than I thought so it moves around easily … sometimes a good thing sometimes not such a good thing. Yes 4 people can sit and eat with plates and beverages and a salt shaker in the center but everyone is sitting close enough to see the pores in each other’s faces. No room for serving dishes so we eat buffet style. Not a problem for two or even three at the table. The “cracks” in the table top that simulate wood slats are just food crumb collectors so cleaning means getting a potato brush or toothpick to scrape them out when you wipe it off … best to use a table cloth. This is one of the best purchases we have made from Wayfair. It is MUCH nicer in person - super high quality and very durable. We've had this for 5-6 years now and it still looks brand new. The 60" table IS huge - so make sure you have enough room for it, and that whatever area rug you get, allows for chairs to be pulled out for seating. Overall, this is a very nice table. I could not give it five stars because of the difficulty in putting the 12 screws for the hinges in. Although the instructions do not indicate a drill is needed to start the holes and then a drill is also needed to screw in the screws. Because the wood is not prepared for the screws, doing it by hand is not possible. It is easy to put together other than that. Beautiful table. Nice sleek style but be prepared for 1-2 replacements and needing to be present for delivery. I missed two delivery windows because I was not aware it came with white glove service even if you didnt request it. The first table came very damaged so they sent a replacement. That also had a minor paint issue and the hinges to extend the table did not work 100 I eventually worked out a compromise with wayfair because I was not confident a 3rd table wouldnt also be damaged and I was really attached to the length of the table because I have a large dining area. First, the positive comments: the table was a pleasant surprise in that it is more white than depicted in the photos. It is a sturdy table and the extension insert is easy ro put together, even though I am a senior citizen, with spine injuries. I did it myself. Many compliments were received. The negative part is that it arrived broken. The customer service was most helpful and we resolved the issue. A carpenter I hired was able to fix it and it looks ok, unless one looks closer, which of course does not happen. Overall, I would recommend it. Very sturdy and heavy table. Looks great.. Joanna.
