I’m *really* happy with this table. It’s very solid and sturdy, and the wood is good quality. I don’t necessarily love the faux distressed nail holes on the top, but c’est la vie. We recently purchased the Joceline extendable sintered stone dining table and overall, I’m really happy with it. The tabletop is absolutely beautiful — the marble-like veining looks very high-end, and the finish reflects light in such a pretty way, especially near our windows. It definitely gives that elevated, modern luxury look. We paired it with black velvet chairs (also from Wayfair), and together it made a huge statement in our dining area. The table really anchors the space and looks even better once styled. My only reason for not giving 5 stars is the baselegs — they sound a bit hollow, which was a little surprising compared to how solid and premium the top feels. It doesn’t affect functionality, but it’s something to note if you’re expecting a fully heavy, solid feel throughout. While it does look nice, it’s not the best choice for my home since I have young children, and it makes me more cautious about daily use.
